On September 5, the steel Structure Intelligent Construction Center developed by China Construction Steel Structure Co., LTD., a subsidiary of China Construction Engineering, was opened in the C Tower and adjacent plot project of Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base (for short as the C Tower Project). The construction center equipped with 10 flexible welding robots to start welding at the project site at same time. The construction center can be freely equipped with 10 robots of different processes and supporting intelligent management software, which is a miniature production line customized according to the project scene. The operator must be though trained and licensed to work, 1 person can operate 3 robots at same time, which can improve the level of intelligent construction of the project construction and effectively improve the construction efficiency and quality stability. At present, the project has invested a total of 15 different types of welding robots, mainly used in the East Tower, 10 pieces of 2.5 meters diameter outer frame steel column, about 7,000 tons of steel components on-site welding tasks, accounting for about 90% of the project column components.
